MNsure will be hosting a series of informative webinar training courses designed to help prepare you for the transition to the new MNsure Eligibility and Enrollment System (MN-EES). 

Webinar #1: The Consumer Experience with MN-EES

Each webinar will focus on a specific aspect of MNsure’s new system, the first training session will help you understand:

• The future state of two eligibility systems (METS and MN-EES) and where consumers should apply for the best experience.
• Improvements to the consumer’s account creation and identity verification experience with MN-EES.
• General features of the consumer’s MNsure account. 
• How consumers and assisters can create and manage portal associations. 

Each session will be offered multiple times and content will be posted on Assister Central for on-demand access. Watch weekly communications for postings.
