Verification documents must include important details. Acceptable verification must clearly show the consumer's full name, the type of coverage they have and the last date of coverage. 

MNsure offers various methods for uploading documents and verifications. Individuals can submit documentation related to qualifying life events or special enrollment periods through their consumer account in the GI system. If there are issues with the consumer account, alternative options are available. Additionally, a dedicated upload tool exists specifically for LEC and enrollment verifications:
