How to Renew in 3 Steps
Step 1: Read Your Notice
You will get a letter explaining your eligibility for next year in the mail and in your online account. It's an important reminder that open enrollment is coming up.
This letter says if you or your family members are eligible to enroll through MNsure. It also says if anyone is eligible for financial help.
Step 2: Update Your Application
Sign in to your MNsure account to make sure your income and household info are correct. Outdated or incorrect info could affect your eligibility.
- Need to change info? Use the "Edit Application" button on your dashboard to fix your income, address, or family size.
- It’s smart to report any changes to MNsure within 30 days so your account is up-to-date throughout the year.
Step 3: Keep Your Plan or Pick a New One
- To keep your current plan: If you like your plan and the price, you usually don't have to do anything! Check your online account to see if your plan will renew automatically.
- To pick a new plan: If you want a different plan, use the "Shop Plans" button to compare your options for next year.
